Pax buys your inventory and becomes your one seller on Amazon. Then we work to remove resellers from your listing, protect your pricing, and keep watching for new ones. No retainer.
Resellers undercut each other. Your MAP stops meaning anything.
Some sellers swap in cheap knock-offs. Buyers blame your brand.
Other sellers can edit titles, images, and back-end data.
Drop-shippers hold no inventory, yet they still win the click.
No one runs ads or fixes the page, because the next seller would get the sale.
When Amazon prices crash, your other channels feel it too.
It helps you report fakes and IP problems. But if a seller has genuine product, Amazon usually won’t remove them just because you didn’t approve them. Reporting one seller at a time is slow, and new ones keep showing up.

You sell to us at wholesale. We sell from our own account. One seller means one price, one listing, and one plan.
We find every seller on your listings: price cutters, drop-shippers, and counterfeiters.
It sets the rules for who can resell your products. Every letter points back to it.
Each unauthorized seller gets a soft ask, then a clear one, then a final one. Many sellers leave after the first.
Sellers who ignore the letters get reported to Amazon, with the ignored letters as proof.
We monitor your listings for new sellers, follow your agreed pricing rules, and act fast when one shows up.
CanCor is a family-owned maker of the Crinkle Ball cat toy. Fourteen unauthorized sellers were on its Amazon listings. Some sold real toys at steep discounts. Others sold knock-offs under the CanCor name. Within 30 days of partnering with Pax, every one was gone, and Pax rebuilt the listings and ran the ads.
We buy your products at wholesale and resell them on Amazon. Our money comes from the sale. We fund the ads with our own money.
Every sale a reseller takes is a sale we lose. Keeping them off your listing is our job and our income.
Your pricing rules, including MAP, are agreed in writing, and Pax follows them. Exit terms, including what happens to the content we create, are agreed before onboarding.
First, check if the units are real. Fakes and trademark problems go through Brand Registry. For sellers of real product, reports alone often fail. Pax becomes your one authorized seller, puts a resale policy on your website, and sends each unauthorized seller a series of letters. Many leave after the first one. The rest go to Brand Registry with the ignored letters as proof.
Not on its own. It helps with fakes and IP problems. It usually won’t remove a seller of genuine goods just because you didn’t approve them. That’s why the resale policy and letters come first.
At CanCor, all 14 unauthorized resellers were gone within 30 days. At SwissMicros, 6 unauthorized drop-shippers were gone within 60 days. Every brand is different, and new sellers can show up later, so we keep watching.
For the products we take on, yes. When many sellers change prices and content, no one can invest in ads or keep stock steady. One seller keeps the channel stable. You can start with just one product.
Your pricing rules, including MAP, are agreed in writing before onboarding, and Pax follows them. Pax also works to remove sellers who drag your price down.
No fee. We don’t charge retainers or service fees. We make money on the sale, after buying your products at wholesale.
We look for them in our marketplace audit. Fakes go through Brand Registry and IP takedowns, and Amazon’s Transparency codes can stop them from shipping in the first place.
Exit terms, including notice, the inventory Pax already owns, and the listing assets, are agreed in writing before onboarding.

Ryan personally reviews every application to determine whether Pax and your brand could be a strong fit.
The partnership works best for brands doing $100K+ a year on Amazon, or $5M+ across all channels. Ryan reads every application, and he’ll reach out if there’s a way to help. In the meantime, our case studies show how the partnership works.
